LAST DAY! The Khekarian Threat – FREE on Kindle (Day Five).

DBanner43

Raoul soon learns that it’s not just about Aleisha and he can’t just walk away – Stephen and the two Khekarians have caught one of the elusive alien-natives of Zumaridi and if they hand that specimen over to Khekarian forces, it’s over for the war, it’s over for the peaceful Chiddran, and it’s over for the Terran Sector, too, because the Khekarians will take and dominate everything and everyone – Without warning, Raoul and his civilian crew become the only ones who can keep a balance of power in the galaxy, but they’ll have to take down Sevi, confront Sturn and steal back the prized alien-native to do it.

Please notes, if you have missed any of the last four days while the giveaway had been on, I’ve grouped all the snippets I’ve used together at the bottom of this post, listed by day.

What’s it about? Below are the snippets I used throughout the giveaway, listed by the day (all those lengthy sentences using dashes for punctuation that I use in the opening paragraphs to my posts – sorry about that).

***

Day 1:

Stephen doesn’t have time for psychics, he doesn’t believe in them, he only brought Aleisha into his team so he could sell her to the two Khekarians all but ruling it – at 17 years old, Aleisha doesn’t have the training to see it coming, and she’s not that kind of seer, anyway – Sturn, meanwhile, is an exiled Khekarian Prince determined to return to power using whatever means necessary, be it with the use of the girl’s raw talent or with the unethical capture of alien-native from Zumaridi to barter his way back in – either way, the newly settled planet has what he wants – and there are no laws to stop him.

Day 2:

Limited in their jurisdiction, the local police can’t help Aleisha escape from the Khekarians who claim to own her, but she can’t just run away, either – she has a teleporter locked onto her wrist and that means she can be brought back to the team should she try it – on top of that, Sevi, Sturn’s elite soldier bodyguard is keeping a close eye on her, and it’s frightening what that woman can do – Soon they will leave the Terran Sector and take her with them, back to the heart of a savage alien Empire.

Day 3:

Charlie is the only one Aleisha can turn to, the elderly goods supervisor who befriended her on her arrival to the pioneering world, but he soon finds the limits of the law also – Charlie isn’t going to give up easily, however, and calls in the best of the teams he knows, bringing in Raoul and his crew to see what they can do – Raoul, meanwhile, wants nothing to do with the situation because generally what results is a team-war.

Day 4:

Aleisha is running out of time to escape Stephen’s team and the two Khekarians he has sold her to – she turns to Charlie who brings in Raoul who is not interested – but Jackie, Raoul’s second in command, isn’t afraid to check out the situation – As an ex-soldier, Jackie’s pretty capable in any set of circumstances, but she didn’t know about Sevi, an active KIAF soldier, cunning, elite, extremely deadly – had Jackie known what she was walking into, she would not have come within ten miles of the place.

Day 5:

I hope you all enjoy The Khekarian Threat. It’s easy. It’s worth it. It’s nearly 600 pages and it’s got my heart and soul behind it.

Cheers all! 😀
