Part of my daily schedule in Blogsville is catching up with my favorite sites and spending a little time there – I also do this between writing scenes or while I’m nutting over some ideas or waiting for the kettle to boil or eating lunch, it’s like having friends pop in and we can engage in some light chatter before getting back to work – Over the holiday period, however, my schedule will be disrupted and much of my visiting will be limited.
Greg has his holidays for the next three weeks and, while I intend to keep up as I may, I also recognize that it will throw my schedule out. Primarily, we will be sitting up much later. As I’m an early bird, I will still get up early, but not as early (I’m usually up at 4:30, sometimes as late as 5:00. During the holidays, with not turning in until midnight, I’m likely to sleep in until 6:00 or even 7:00 – yes, I know I’m going to get teased for that one). 😀

I will endeavor to post daily and while at my desk will do what I do, but I will not be at my desk for much of the time, particularly in the afternoons if we are out and about or lazing in the sun.
Point is, if you’re used to me popping in and suddenly I’m not showing up so much, you’ll know the reason why. I have not forgotten you. I have not lost interest in what you are saying, or writing, or showing or feeling, and I will catch up as things return to normal halfway through January.
Today, I also want to remind you that I am giving away The Khekarian Threat on Kindle December 27th. Currently I can only vouch for the 27th due to technicalities and the automatic renewal of my Kindle Library membership falling right at that time, but I expect this to right itself and to be able to extend the giveaway up until midnight December 31st. More on that one as it happens.
Okay, that’s it. I shall let you get back to your holiday planning and your Christmas shopping.
Cheers, all! 😀
Allyson
