Sorry everyone, I’m not well again today – I thought I could get away with a biscuit or two and it nearly killed me (well, it felt like it when I couldn’t breathe in the middle of the night) – All is well now, I’ve sworn off biscuits and other starches yet again after neatly convincing myself the earlier attack must have been a bug – some lessons aren’t embraced as they should be.
